A Bedrock Algorithms licence grants you the right to run our trading software in your own brokerage account for the term you paid for. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or commodity trading advisor. We do not manage your money, we do not hold your money, and nothing we publish is investment, tax or legal advice.

The software runs against a brokerage account you own and control, through a connection you authorise and can revoke at any time. We take no custody of client funds at any point. There is no pooled vehicle, no fund, and no transfer of your assets to us.

A licence covers one person and their own accounts. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the software, and you may not use it to operate accounts for third parties without a separate written agreement. Reverse engineering the ruleset is prohibited.

You can lose money, including all of it. Performance shown on this site is hypothetical and derived from backtesting; it does not represent actual trading and does not predict future results. You are responsible for deciding whether the software suits your circumstances and for how much capital you allocate to it.

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the software or these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed trades, brokerage outages, data feed failures or any indirect or consequential loss.

You may stop using the software and revoke its access at any moment. We may terminate a licence for breach of these terms, and will refund the unused portion of an annual licence if we do so for any reason other than your breach. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
We would rather refund someone than have them stuck in a product that is wrong for them. But once the software is deployed to your account it has been delivered, and at that point the sale is final.

Email [email protected] within fourteen days of purchase, before we have configured the software against your brokerage account, and we refund you in full. No reason required.

Once the software is set up and connected to your account, the licence has been delivered and is non-refundable. This applies to both the annual and the lifetime licence. You can stop using it and revoke access whenever you like, but the fee for the current term is not returned.

If your brokerage turns out to be incompatible, or we conclude the system is a poor fit for your situation, we refund you in full regardless of how long it has been. We would rather return the money than take it for something that will not work.

We do not store your card or charge you again automatically. When a term is ending we invoice you, and you choose whether to continue. Nothing is ever taken from you by surprise.

No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by us, no session recording. The enquiry form does not transmit anything from the page — it opens a message in your own mail client, which you send yourself. We only know you visited if you choose to write to us.

Your name, email address, the brokerage you use and the correspondence between us. For clients, the operational logs the software produces about its own execution. We never ask for and never hold your brokerage password or account credentials.

Stripe processes payments and receives your name, email and card details directly — card details never pass through this site. Cal.com handles support call bookings. Cloudflare serves this website and registers the domain. Apple iCloud hosts our email. Each holds only what that function requires. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else.

Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it — subject only to records we are legally required to keep, such as transaction records for tax purposes.
